Monday.com is genuinely good at what it's built for: giving any team a flexible board to run their own workflow on. Ops teams, marketing teams, dev teams all use it well.
None of that is creator management. Monday has never heard of a commission rate or a brand deal stage, so you'd be spending your setup time recreating a deal tracker inside a tool built for something else entirely.
Monday is a great answer to “we need a flexible board for our team.” It is not an answer to “I manage a roster of creators and need to know what I'm owed.” Those are different problems, and Monday was built to solve the first one.
