Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Antymo is a deal-tracking tool for creator managers. We are operated as a private company. Questions about this policy can be directed to privacy@antymo.com.

2. What we collect

Account data. When you sign in we collect your email address. If you sign in via Google, we receive only your email and name from Google.

Data you enter. Creator names, deal values, brand names, contract files, deliverable notes, commission rates, and any other content you add to Antymo belongs entirely to you. We store it to provide the service.

Usage data. We log page visits, feature interactions, and error traces to understand how the product is used and to fix bugs. This data is not sold or shared with third parties for advertising.

Payment data. Billing is handled by a third-party payment processor. We do not store card numbers or bank details on our servers.

3. How we use it

We use your data to provide and improve Antymo, send operational emails (payment receipts, deal reminders you configure, magic-link sign-ins), respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations. We do not use your deal data to train machine-learning models. We do not sell your data.

4. Third-party services

We use a small set of trusted third parties to run Antymo: a cloud hosting provider for infrastructure, a transactional email provider to send reminders and magic links, and a payment processor for billing. Each is bound by data processing agreements. We do not share your content data with any other third parties.

5. Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your content data (creators, deals, files) is deleted within 30 days. Anonymised usage logs may be retained longer for analytical purposes.

6. Your rights

You can export all your data at any time from the app. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing privacy@antymo.com. If you are located in the EEA or UK, you have additional rights under GDPR including access, rectification, restriction, and the right to object — contact us at the same address to exercise them.

7. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Contract files and attachments are stored in private object storage behind signed, time-limited URLs — never in a public bucket. We apply security updates promptly and conduct periodic access reviews.

8. Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. If you block cookies, you will not be able to stay logged in.

9. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes we will email you and update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
