How to track brand deals in Google Sheets

If you manage even one creator, a spreadsheet is a completely reasonable place to start. Here's a template that actually matches how a brand deal moves, three sheets: creators, brands, and deals, with a real commission column instead of a blank one.

It's free, it's yours, and it's not trying to trap you into anything. If it turns out you outgrow it, it's already in the exact format Antymo imports directly, so that path is there when you want it, not before.

Three CSVs, ready to open in Google Sheets or Excel.

1. Creators

Your roster. One row per creator, with their commission rate, so every deal below already knows what you're owed.

2. Brands

Who you're dealing with. Keep contact details here once, instead of re-typing them into every deal row.

3. Deals

The actual tracker. Creator Name has to match a row in sheet 1 exactly, that's what lets you pull commission automatically instead of retyping it.

Add a “Commission” column of your own with =DealValue * CommissionRate, just watch what happens to it the first time someone inserts a row above.

What breaks as your roster grows

Duplicated rows

Two people update the same deal in different rows, or you copy a row to "start a new deal" and forget to change the value. Now there are two versions of the truth.

Forgotten follow-ups

Nothing on a spreadsheet reminds you that a payment is late or a brand went quiet. You find out when you happen to scroll past it, or when you don't.

Broken formulas

A commission formula reads off a specific column. Someone inserts a column to the left of it. The formula still runs. It's just wrong now, silently.

No single view of what you're owed

The commission math lives in individual rows. Answering "how much am I owed across my whole roster right now" means building a summary tab and keeping it in sync by hand.
